Yes. we always provide high quality items to our customers.

2: How do I track my order? 
Once you place an order on our website,you will receive an e-mail about your order. when you paid then we will arrange shipment for you. once shipped usually we will send tracking number within one week

4: What are your payment methods?

5: Do you ship internationally? 
Yes, we do free shipping to worldwide.If you need expedited express, you can add extra money

6: How long can I receive my product? 
if you place an order on our website and paid it. we need 2-3 days arrange shipment.sometime time shoes take long time than bags. usually shipping time takes about 12-15 days(business days)

7: I am looking for a handbag that is not listed on your site, can you provide them? 
If you are looking for a handbag we don't list on our site. Please contact us send bag pics, serial number or the model number of the handbag. The more details given, the easier and quicker to locate the handbag in the factory.

8: What happens if the package is damaged or missing when I receive it?
If your handbag is damaged or missing, please contact us and notify us of the situation, we will ship another handbag out to you once we receive back the damaged one.

9: What if my courier asks me to pay some custom taxes. While ordering from your site will I be invoiced?
Only in some very rare case you will have to pay a custom fees or taxes of $10 or $20 for countries like East of Europe or African countries.

10: How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
You can contact us based on our information if you wish to cancel or change your order. If we do not hear from you about canceling or changing orders within 24 hours, we will deal with the shipment for you.
